The people behind Redemption

THE STORY SO FAR:

Our first club night was in August 2003 at Twist & Shout in Kristiansand. We only had our opening party there, before moving to Club Excellent, (which later changed name to Quarten Bar & Nattklubb) in October that same year.

Between September 2003 and May 2004 we actually had weekly club nights (metal pub once a week, in addition to our monthly goth club!)

In June 2004, Redemption moved again, this time to Midnight Hard Rock Cafè, where we held our parties for about six months.

Between January 2005 and May 2007, we had both Redemption and Lost Souls at
På Hjørnet. Two and a half very very good years, indeed!
We'd like to say a big thank you to På Hjørnet for having us! :)

In June we moved to Hold Kjeft Independent Club.
Sirenia played in June, and during the Quart Festival 2007, we had DJ Gothminister and DJ Burlesk playing at Redemption's official KlubbQuart.
Sadly, the venue closed down in August the following month.

October 2007: Redemption moves to Dronningensgate to the new medieval bar Gordons,
has three parties there before we decide to move yet again.
The venue was great, but was just not the right venue for Redemption.
